Guitar driven, hip shakin', 60's Garage, man!

WHY: As you get older, you have a lot more to be pissed off about.
HOW: Craig knew Blaine and Blaine knew Rita and Rita knows everybody.

BIOGRAPHY: They met over three years ago at the Monday night Ha Ha Show at Largo in the Kosher Canyon. They started playing at Slim's studio and within the first few notes of You Got Another Thing Coming, the sound was found. From there it was digging through dumpsters, attics and basements to come up with the best tunes. They credit Teenage Shutdown, Sundazed Records, Nuggets, Back From The Grave and a local DJ named Prickle.

After learning over 50 songs, they picked three, tossed the rest and started learning more. Though the band had vowed to never play out, Eddie from Jack's Sugar Shack offered them two dollars and a hand-job and well, for the Buxotics, nothing is a coincidence.

When they take the stage, the boys are clad in black turtlenecks -- and then Rita enters. Rita could wear a sandwich board and you'd still lose your shit. She throws on her guitar like she's putting on lipstick, the standby toggles are switched, guitars come alive, a sonic buzz rips your soul, dizziness.
No Marshalls, no SGs, no Les Pauls. Straight Fenders, man.
These freaks race with the best of 'em, they play like every show is their first and their very last.
